PSB PASSION SPORTS BARCELONA is a site of outdoor activities dedicated to sports and adventure. The activities we offer are considered to be sports of risk. They occur in a natural environment (mountain, sea…) where risks are inherent, major force, and fortuitous accidents beyond human control. By agreeing to take part in our activities, the client purchasing our activities is aware and assumes the above mentioned risks, and releases PSB PASSIONSPORTSBARCELONA of any responsibility.

  1. The activities offered are subject to the conditions of the environment where they take place and of the participants that take part on them. Therefore, there may be changes before or during the activity (weather, physical problems, etc.). In case that PSB PASSIONSPORTSBARCELONA cancels the activity, the client will have the right to the postponement or reimbursement of the payment.
  2. The customer has the obligation to inform about any pregnancy, paraplegia or cardiovascular disease before hiring any activity. She or he must agree to not being under the effects of alcohol, drugs and/or narcotics, as well as any other medication that may affect his or her ability to react. All minors should have the authorization of an adult and responsible person, and be accompanied by them. In any case, and especially for advanced level activities, PSB PASSIONSPORTSBARCELONA reserves the right of admission.
  3. PSB PASSIONSPORTSBARCELONA’s commitment begins with the contracted activity, and it is the responsibility of the client to obtain transportation to the facilities or the place where the activity will begin. The contract and PSB PASSIONSPORTS BARCELONA‘s responsibility apply exclusively to PSB staff and the organization of the activity.
  4. The prices are per person and include the direct services offered by PSB PASSIONSPORTSBARCELONA, taxes, and are based on a minimum amount of people. Unless otherwise stated, the purchase of external services (housing, transfers…) will be charged to the client and sometimes may be managed by PSB PASSIONSPORTSBARCELONA.
  5. The necessary standard material is included in the price.
  6. To confirm a reservation, the client will have to pay 100 % of the total amount.
  7. The client will be able to cancel the purchases services, and has the right to get the following reimbursement; however, it will have to compensate PSB PASSIONSPORTSBARCELONA the quantities below indicated:
  8. The client will pay administration costs (35 €) and any cancellation fees, if applicable.
  9. Changes of date or cancellation rates:
    1. If cancelling with 30 days or more notice 75 % shall be reimbursed.
    2. If cancelling with 15-30days notice 50 % shall be reimbursed.
    3. If cancelling with 7-15days notice, 25 % shall be reimbursed
    4. If cancelling with fewer than 7 days’ notice, no money shall be reimbursed.
  10. If the client does not arrive at the time, date and place indicated, the customer will be obligated to pay the total amount of the reservation.
  11. After confirmation of the reservation, the client will abide by the General Conditions. If a person makes a reservation on behalf of somebody else, the person making the reservation will have to comply with the general conditions.
  12. The company hired by PSB PASSIONSPORTS BARCELONA to perform the activity will be responsible for any incident occurring during the activity and the transportation to get there.
  13. During the activity, PSBPASSIONSPORTSBARCELONA may take pictures or videos that will belong to PSB and may be used for commercial, information and promotional purposes.
